OUR Spirits

The first thing you should know is that WE make our product. Most small distilleries buy grain neutral spirits and re-distill them to save time and try to maximize profit. That’s a fine plan, but we intend to make our products from scratch, often from locally grown ingredients. Our only exception will be with aged product - until we have aged our whiskey and Bourbon, we may utilize other materials that we put our own spin on with blending and or distilling techniques. As we develop our techniques and drive great product and taste in the industry we will be releasing these and other products.
